Effective date: August 20, 2026
Local Ecommerce Solutions, a trading name of Internet Marketer Matt Inc ("we," "us," "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to localecommercesolutions.com and to our services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill in a form, request a demo, or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Information from our services. If you engage us, we process contact data you supply and the conversation data our systems generate on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
2. How we use your information
To build and deliver the free demo you requested; to contact you about your inquiry by phone, email or text; to schedule and conduct strategy calls; to deliver and improve our services; to send marketing communications where you have consented; to meet legal and regulatory obligations; and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Text messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us at the number you provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out of marketing texts while still receiving service-related messages about an active engagement.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
4. How we share information
Service providers. Companies that help us operate, including CRM and automation platforms, messaging carriers, email providers, calendar systems, analytics, payment processors and AI providers. They may access information only to perform work for us and are bound to protect it.
Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer. If we are acquired or merge, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you.
With your consent. Any other sharing, only if you say yes first.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
6. Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of marketing communications, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell it), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the categories above.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not cover them. Read their policies before giving them information.
10. Do Not Track
Browsers may send Do Not Track signals. There is no common standard for responding to them, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated more directly where we can.
